Shipping guidelines

1. Shipping area

We currently deliver within Germany, the EU, and to selected international countries. You can find an overview of the regions we deliver to in the checkout area.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and depend on the delivery location and shipping method.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time is usually:

4. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track your delivery at any time.

5. Shipping service provider

6. Undeliverable items
