Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift vouchers.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item and, after accepting the return, purchase the item separately.
