1. Return period

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them – it's completely straightforward and you don't need to give a reason.

2. Conditions for returns

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days.

  • Sale items or personalized products are excluded from exchange (unless defective).

3. Returns & Procedure

Here's how the return process works:

  2. We will provide you with all the information regarding returns.

  3. Pack the items securely and send them to the specified return address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days.

4. Return shipping costs

  • Domestic: The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • International: Returns from abroad are at your own expense.

5. Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods were faulty or damaged.

6. Exchange

A direct exchange is not currently possible. Please return the item and reorder the desired product.
